    This is a contract position for a Business Analyst for our client who is in the Financial Sector.

    This position will use a hybrid model with some work from home and some work from the office.

    The Contract runs for 12 months.

    Focus is on a BA, NOT a BSA.

    Someone that has worked on projects related to Privacy & Data Governance. Has some understanding of Privacy policies and legislation such as PIPEDA – Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act - or any other type of information Security Legislation. Someone who has Implemented regulatory changes - this role impacts all areas of the business., needs to understand how regulatory changes impact an organization and their systems.

    Responsibilities
    Translate Privacy Program operating model requirements into an actionable operational plan that includes people, process and technology.
    Building of process maps
    Conduct detailed working sessions to interview business on the requirements, driving discussions
    Strong Writing/Documentation skills
    Able to do high level process flow and detailed procedures and requirements.
    Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
    Listening and Understanding
    Focus and self-motivation
    Solid understanding and previous experience working with processes, templates, deployment process and project execution
    Demonstrated experience and expertise in requirements management, process development/re-engineering and testing skills including information gathering, problem solving, test plan creation and execution.
    · Strong technical experience in data mapping, data normalization and data transformation

    · Advanced MS Office Skills(Excel, Word, Access, Visio)

    Qualifications
