Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
• Collect the business needs of the various stakeholders of the company
• Animate workshops, visits to understand the business reality
• Document and analyze business processes
• Participate in user training
• Participate in the drafting of business processes
• Be the bridge between the IT team and the business teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the organization
Qualifications
To excel in this business analyst position, you must have the following skills:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a business analyst related to process improvement.
• University degree in business administration, computer science or a related field. Or equivalent experience
• Fluency in French and English both orally and in writing
• Experience in setting up computer applications
