Responsibilities
Requirement Management:
Facilitates meetings with different stakeholders from Business, IT and vendor to gather requirements
and system specifications.
Responsible for requirement related documentations and obtain approvals.
Analysis and prepare process/workflow documentations, including process map on current state,
future state and proposal solutions.
Develop user training documentations (e.g. user manual and job aid).
Testing Management:
Define test strategy and test cases
Manage UAT activities and defect tracking
Project Management:
Assist in project related activities
Coordinate project activities with different stakeholders and follow-up on status.
Prepare project related documentations.
Experience in creating presentation materials
Qualifications

Project Management Experience -Intermediate
Documentation - Advanced
MS Office - Advanced
MS Visio to develop process maps and workflow -Advanced
