Responsibilities
• Utilize technology efficiently, leveraging specialized product knowledge in tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project.
• Oversee projects with significant complexity and sensitivity, typically involving large scopes and ever-evolving business requirements.
• Engage in regular interactions at the Executive level, demonstrating your ability to work with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a business consultant, clinical or applications analyst, or computer
technician within healthcare setting.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting large-scale, complex Cerner EMR implementation projects in
Canada.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in establishing and optimizing Work Queue Management
solution using Cerner EMR solutions.
• Advance knowledge of technical installation of Work Queue Management, including developing
requirements for network architecture, end point configuration, eFaxing, server configuration, upload agent
configuration and connection, cloud onboarding.
• Proficiency in testing, including functional, integrated, and acceptance testing, ensuring the robustness of
implemented workflows.
