Responsibilities
Here are some of the challenges you will face in your new role as a Business Development and Recruitment Specialist for the CX division in Montreal:
• Maintaining and developing your client database by building relationships with new clients;
• Solicit your prospects and clients regularly, by phone or by organizing networking visits (virtual or in-person) in a specific local area;
• Respond to client recruitment needs;
• Conduct and manage the full recruitment cycle;
• Participate in negotiations, interviews, and hiring of all new talent.
Qualifications
Not only are you known for your proactivity, your transparency ad your ability to advise people well, you also have:
• Experience working with sales and business development;
• An ability to build strong and lasting relationships;
• Experience or great interest in the world of recruitment;
• Knowledge of English and French language;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hyper-dynamic environment;
• Experience or strong interest in the world of talent attraction and recruitment;
• A passion to challenge, achieve and surpass goals;
• A good team player with strong communication skills;
Summary
- Permanent full time 37.5 hours per week
- Daytime office hours
