In this role you will have an impact on…

• Develop processes to be used by the regional sales team to identify new clients and opportunities in an Architectural Engineering Consulting space
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Support the regional sales team in their day-to-day activities
• The build of the brand within the region
• Work with the delivery team to develop annual regional sales goals
• Oversee the regional webinar program including the development of topics, speakers and coordination of schedules
• Supervise, coach, train and mentor the regional sales team


You’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring…


• 5-10 years' experience managing Business Development and Sales processes, budgets and a team of people in an Architectural Engineering Consulting space
• High level of professionalism with a strategic mindset
• Strong business acumen with a knowledge of trends and what is happening within the market
• Agile and comfortable adjusting to ever changing priorities
• Ability to see challenge as an opportunity and has a desire to build new processes
