We are looking for a BDM with a ‘hunter mentality’ to grow our customer base. Should be entrepreneurial, ambitious, dynamic, and have the drive to succeed while looking to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities
-Establish relationships and secure contracts directly with new suppliers and customers
-Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
-Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to a closed sale
-Prospect for new customers and qualify against company criteria
-Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements
-Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers
-Draft and deliver proposals
-Costing analysis
-Work with technical and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
-Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of experience in retail category management
-U.S. retail experience required as he/she will be selling to corporate U.S. regional corporate offices
-Understanding of operations and supply chain a must
- Fluent in English (written/spoken)
-Entrepreneurial in nature with the will to succeed
-Good communicator with the ability to close deals
-Analytical and driven
-Strong negotiator and self-motivated
-Able to prospect and gain market knowledge and insights
-Ability to pivot to customer’s needs
-Capable of presenting to decision-makers and executives
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail
