You will be ensuring that the client requirements are fully and accurately understood and working collaboratively with product and business development teams to accurately and effectively communicate the proposition that meets client needs.

Responsibilities
You will:
* Understand clients’ business needs and the organization's Digital ID solution offering to support optimal technology alignment and maximize value internally and externally.
* Work with product and technology group to articulate capabilities in-line with client and market requirements
* Build and present Digital ID product proposition to support use cases to expand established client partnerships and develop new prospective clients
* Consult with new prospective clients to fully and accurately understand and document their requirements to facilitate the sales process
* Support demonstration of our client's tools and services to clients
* identify customer needs and provide input internally to guide product roadmap
* Collaborate with the business development team to support commercial negotiation with clients, working with key internal stakeholders to align client requirements and Interac Digital ID commercial and contract efforts
* Assist with creating positive company awareness for Interac in the industry, including participation in key industry events and other activities
* Develop and execute account plans and identify new sales and revenue-generating opportunities as appropriate
* Utilize a consultative sales approach for client expansion that ensures a profitable outcome for both our client and its clients
* Deepen existing relationships in a complex environment and rapidly evolving technology landscape
* Foster productive relationships at all levels within clients and the internal team/stakeholders
* Act as a key contact for clients and work with internal customer support and project management teams to support long-term client growth
* Participate and lead various ad-hoc internal projects as assigned
* Support Product Development by collaborating cross-functionally with our client's Digital ID teams including sharing client strategies and priorities, socializing new concepts, and testing solutions and business models with end clients.
Qualifications
** Must-Have Skills **:
* 7-10 years of experience ideally in a technical sales environment.
* With tech-savvy, you can convey technical concepts and have a proven track record of managing initiatives, solving problems, and applying effective planning skills to deliver initiatives successfully.
* Passionate about learning and growing the Digital ID business and enabling Canadians to transact securely.
* Extensive business development experience with a proven track record of delivering profitable business growth.
* A leader that takes an insightful and thorough approach and understands the Digital Identity landscape,
* Able to deliver results, prioritize activities, manage time effectively and deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
* Proficient at working with internal and external customers in a professional and effective manner to ensure project deadlines are met.
* A team-oriented leader with a collaborative approach that will build trust across the ecosystem and deliver top and bottom-line results
