Position: Business Intelligence Developer
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to design and develop data analytics for Human Resources and other internal audiences using Power BI. Responsibilities
• Designs and develops data analytics and dashboard solutions for Human Resources and other internal audiences
• Analyzes functional requirements provided by IT Business Systems Analysts and collaborates with
Business Support resources to design viable reporting solutions using Power BI
• Takes on all aspects of the dashboard development life cycle including data analysis, development, and
performing and managing unit, systems testing, deployment and post-deployment support.
• Provide input to further development of our Power BI reporting standards and framework
• Assists Application Teams with troubleshooting and resolving data-related and visualization issues.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Must-have:
• 5+ years of experience providing solutions using Power BI Service
• 5+ years of experience building Talent Analytics for Human Resources
• Excellent dashboard design and development skills, UX/UI skills and data analysis skills
• Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines
• Be able to provide samples or portfolio of Power BI dashboards developed
