Responsibilities
•Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) strategy and roadmap to support data-driven decision-making across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.

Qualifications
•Education: University degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, managing cross-functional teams and connecting clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders through BI or analytics systems.
•Strategic Planning: Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy development and business planning within healthcare, including defining objectives, managing risks, and overseeing large-scale digital transformation or innovation programs.
•Business Intelligence Expertise: At least 6 years of experience leading BI or analytics programs in healthcare organizations (e.g., hospitals, government, or public sector), developing data frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems.
•Project Management: 8+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget in fast-paced environments.
•Healthcare Domain Knowledge: 10+ years of experience working in acute care, primary care, community care, or research settings, implementing business, clinical, or digital transformation initiatives.
•Analytics and Reporting Skills: 6+ years of experience developing healthcare BI strategies, defining data needs and sources, integrating tools, and generating insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
•Performance Measurement: 6+ years of experience developing and monitoring healthcare performance indicators (KPIs, OKRs), and creating reports and dashboards for multidisciplinary end users.
•Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across public and private sectors, facilitating collaboration and consensus on BI strategies and deliverables.
