Our Downtown Vancouver client, a prominent member of the real estate industry, is seeking to hire a Business System Analyst on a permanent full-time basis. What will you do?
As a Business System Analyst with our Downtown Vancouver client, you will:
• Develop requirements/proposal documents, work plans, status reports and manage project deliverables.
• Support technology design/re-design activities through interpretation/clarification of business requirements, processes and assess impacts of change.
• Build effective relationships with business teams and ensure business processes are being executed consistently.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver platform training initiatives to end users and/or process owners.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including manuals and other resource materials.
• Manage/maintain system security and user profiles including periodic reviews of users’ access and permissions.
• Recognize opportunities and implement enhancements to existing processes and systems as needed.
• Work with business users to further refine SharePoint and CRM platforms.
• Liaise, troubleshoot, and resolve issues directly with vendors and act as a key contact.
• Create, execute, and document test cases/test scripts to validate system changes.
• Provide framework to support end user acceptance testing.

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Business System Analyst role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
• A recognized degree/diploma in Information Technology.
• 5+ years’ professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• 2-3 years’ experience with developing and supporting SharePoint.
• Experience with Agile.
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing.


What additional experience do you bring?
To be considered for the Business System Analyst role with our Downtown Vancouver client, it’s beneficial to have:
• Change management / process re-engineering experience.
• Vendor management and project management experience.
• Financial industry and real estate industry experience.
