Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementation
- Design solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices for Workday configuration
- Configure Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Time and Absence, and Benefits
- Conduct system testing and validate results to ensure accurate configuration and functionality
- Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to ensure successful implementation of Workday modules
- Train end-users on new Workday functionality and assist with change management
- Participate in post-implementation support activities and provide ongoing maintenance and support for Workday modules
- Stay current on Workday releases and enhancements to provide recommendations for system improvements
Qualifications
•Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience providing project implementation and support in a structured systems development environment.
•Proven experience in requirements analysis, system design proposals, cost/benefit analysis and testing in support of solution development.
•Experience overseeing the development and implementation of web-based software and hardware solutions, on both functional and technical levels.
