As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate closely with functional analyst teams, internal business partners, and interdependent project analysts to assess and understand business needs, technical ecosystems, data flows, and the broader enterprise program direction. You will develop domain-level expertise and leverage this knowledge to conduct complex analysis, deliver business process recommendations, and ensure that projects align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skilled at aligning business needs with systems analysis to meet goals.
- Independent and quick to assess operational needs.
- Successful in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
