•Location: Burlington, ON
•Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
•Competitive benefits
•Annual bonus based on individual and company performance

In this role you will have an impact on…

• Negotiating new contracts as well as re-negotiating expiring contracts
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all supply partners
• Identify, qualify and select vendors of materials, equipment, products and services
• Create and review invoices, work orders and demand forecasts
• Negotiate purchases or master agreements with suppliers
• Read technical drawings to understand requirements
• Tracking the status of Purchase Orders, expediting when necessary and working with vendors to mitigate delays
• The stakeholders in order to drive the business



You’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring…

•PMAC Certificate an asset
•SCMP courses an asset
•Formal lean training a bonus
•3-5 years in a MRO purchasing and inventory management capacity in a manufacturing environment
•Strong knowledge of purchasing and sourcing strategies
•Strong ability to negotiate
•Experience facilitating or leading meetings
•Capacity to build strong relationships
