One of our clients is looking for a experienced wire and cable specialist! Great opportunity to work with a leading company. Please view the requirements below:

- Oversee and organize tasks for the wire & cable department staff.
- Perform on-going department inspections to verify timeliness, accuracy and quality of service.
- Set schedules of receiving staff and procedures to meet local service
requirements.
- Examines cable for conformance to specifications and removes defective pieces
- Process cable orders and cut cable as per order requirements
- Rewind and transfer cables from larger reels to smaller ones to maintain stock
- Communicates with manager and sales to solve all customer service caimans and concerns
- Support Operations activities for standards within your assigned areas
- Enforce corporate policies regarding security and safety to obtain a safe environment for all
- Plan warehouse layout in order to prevent loss or damage and to achieve full warehouse optimization.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2+ years of team lead or management experience
- Prior experience in a similar role within the industry is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be able to lift 50+LBS
- Must be technical savvy and able to operate and learn various systems
- Must be familiar with work health and safety procedures First Aid, WHMIS preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills are necessary.
