    Are you a strong call center agent that strives to give exceptional customer service in every conversation you have? Are you Interested in working in the automotive Industry ? Do you enjoy interacting with clients and customers? Do you consider yourself to have a positive, can-do- attitude ? If so, we have a position available in Vancouver for a call center agent and we would like to hear from YOU.

    Type: Permanent
    Hours: Monday - Friday, - 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
    Location: Vancouver , BC
    Salary : $ 19-21/ hours
    Hybrid Mode : 2-3 days in office
    Paid Training - approx. a month

    Responsibilities
    - Handling Inbound and outbound calls
    - Provided excellent Customer Service to every Client and Customer
    - Working with multiple software applications
    - Educating customers about products and services
    - Provide recommendations on how to keep customer accounts current

    Qualifications
    - Call Center or Customer Service Experience
    - Teamwork Skills
    - Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    - Phone Etiquette
    - Interest and previous experience in the Automotive Industry is an asset
