Randstad is hiring for a Call Center Team Lead to work in a financial call center setting. This is a well-known Canadian company providing complex financial and operational solutions.

This is a permanent, full time position with potential for career growth!

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm (must be willing to work at least on Saturday per month)
Salary: 50k – 55k (depending on experience) + Incentives
Location: North York (Leslie and Sheppard) – TTC and Highway Accessible
Vacation + Sick and Personal Days
Benefits starting after 3 months!
Annual salary increase
Quarterly bonus

Job duties of a Call Center Team Lead are, but not limited to:
- Take inbound calls from new and existing clients
- Books clients appointments with the Debt Solutions Managers
- Create teams weekly schedules
- Support team members with any issues
- Keep track of call quality and watch the queue
- Analyse the data from the calls to ensure top service is being provided
- Ensure team is meeting KPI's set by management
- Report data back to management
- Keep track of daily statistics and team members attendance (sick days, time off, ect…)
- Deal with any client escalations
- Promote a strong team environment
