Do you enjoy interacting with people and providing them with excellent customer service? If so, we have a great opportunity for you with our clients’ call centre!

This opportunity is full - time and permanent. Shifts will be on a rotating schedule so flexibility between Monday to Sunday, 5.00am to 8.00pm is a must!

Other responsibilities will include:
• Providing world class customer service to our customers
• Responding to all inquiries in an efficient and effective manner
• Conduct follow up calls/emails to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Displaying excellent use of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Process all new and existing orders to keep a high level of order management. Responsible for accurate entry and tracking of customer orders
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Support the outside sales team
• Identify sales opportunities and up-sell when appropriate
• Other administrative duties as needed

• High School diploma required
• 3 years+ customer service experience required
• Knowledge of GMP is an asset
• Strong knowledge of Cannabis Regulations is an asset
• Excellent computer and administrative skills
• High attention to detail
• Great at building and maintaining relationships
• Work well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
