CAN - Data Analyst II

Responsibilities
Translating key business objectives into insight rich experiments that drive marketing ROI
Ensuring execution (i.e., list creation) is done efficiently and with excellence
Designing campaign results can be actioned by providing high value campaign reporting
Work in a consultative role to provide "value-added" insights in the form of analysis, interpretation and advice of campaign reporting
Design/execute/measure high impact direct to consumer marketing experiments
Continuously improve campaign design and delivery by leveraging any and all analytical tools/techniques at your disposal
Execute with excellence
Manage your project pipeline to ensure agreed upon timelines can be met
Proactively provide analytical guidance to key stakeholders, based on deep understanding of the businesses, to understand and enhance marketing ROI
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and sound infrastructure


Qualifications
Outbound Marketing Campaign experience
Flowcharts, Journeys etc – building outbound multi-channel marketing campaigns through code or GUI based applications
Any type of campaign tool ie: Salesforce, HubSpot, MailChimp etc – UNICA would be great but not a showstopper
Working independently with marketing to gather & document campaign requirements
SQL experience
Process Adherence Experience – client can be very complicated/process driven


We need someone who can handle navigating the process independently, handle marketing partner relationship and work independently
Ability learn/adapt quickly – lots of details and rules to remember/follow
Reporting – we use templated reports, so sql/coding is the more important skill set required
