Responsibilities
• The IT Access Operations Analyst supports the mission of the AAC team by reviewing,
validating, and documenting IT staff requests for access to business applications.
Requests are vetted to ensure the type and level of access requested is appropriate to
the user's role within Technology Services. The Analyst will reference supporting
application documentation including system role descriptions, and where necessary,
engage system owners, support and users' managers to provide additional detail
necessary to verify appropriateness of access.
• This role involves a high frequency of written and verbal communication with
requesters, end users, people managers, IT support, and Technology control and
governance teams.
• The IT Access Operations Analyst will be an active member of the project team which is
building out the IT request validation process and contribute to the development and
documentation of processes, procedures, and supporting resource materials to facilitate
the access intake process described above.
• Additional duties may include:
• Intake and validation of access requests for the larger company business (non-IT)
community.
• Working closely with application and infrastructure support teams to troubleshoot
access and process issues as they arise.
• Participate in process optimization and automation enhancements.
• Foster and maintain working relationships with firm-wide business partners, IT teams,
and end users regarding the access request process and related workstreams.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure -Basic understanding of enterprise application and
network environments, Active Directory, and account provisioning
• Experience with enterprise request and incident management ticketing systems (e,g
JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in Identity Access Management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• MS Office and Confluence proficiency
• Excellent multitasking skills and time management
• Knowledge or Experience in Process Improvement/Development Experience
• Ability to track and document multiple requests simultaneously through completion in
fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail in following established procedures, as well as gathering and
archiving required supporting documentation utilizing multiple systems.
• Perform duties under minimal supervision that range in levels of complexity.
• Perform problem determination including data gathering, analysis and resolution of
issues related to the system access process, spreadsheets, tools and systems.
• Technical acumen, organizational, analytical, communication and customer service skills
are important in this role.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
NICE TO HAVE
• Financial services industry experience
• Workflow automation experience (ex: Python, UIPath, Alteryx, etc.)
