Responsibilities
• Work within company Global Anti Money Laundering Department on the Application Support
team.
• Candidate will oversee day-to-day access provisioning of multiple applications
• Perform monthly access user attestations for multiple applications by generating user lists and
contacting users' managers for attestation via email
• Responsible for incident management processes such as issue logging and user communications
• Generate daily report using querying tools such as SQL and distribute reports that are time
sensitive
• Assist team with audit requests
• Provide technical support to users of the application by doing first level triage and
troubleshooting
• Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
Qualifications
• Advanced excel skills
• SQL experience
• Application support experience
• Access provisioning experience
• Report running
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook and MS Excel at an intermediate
level or above is a requirement and will be used daily.
NICE TO HAVE
• Financial industry experience
• AML experience
• Banking experience
• Previous experience at financial industry is preferred
• Knowledge of data base query such as SQL and advance Excel knowledge like macros is an asset
