Responsibilities
Gather and work with a team to prioritize business requirements for multiple MVP releases of all online properties (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MPP Server, etc.)
Build confluence content based on business requirements
Build linkages between Confluence, SharePoint and, Jira
Build workflows for custom approvals processes
Establish and maintain data governance (mandatory fields based on business needs, field name consistency for data modelling, other governance considerations for linkages to IPP, status reporting, etc.)
Data modelling in Excel/Access/ Power Query/ Power BI/Power Apps
Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Documentation of requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
Very strong communication skills
Take initiative, take the lead as work requires
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple orgs, multiple levels to build requirements
Track, prioritize and execute against backlog of items to build
Strong ability to understand data flow and how information links together across multiple platforms
Experience with building Confluence pages AND the ability to look up/build custom macros as needed
Experience customize /configuring Jira
Experience as SharePoint Admin
Nice to Haves:
Some experience in HTML, SQL/JQL
Data modeling in Excel or Access or other tools
