This permanent career opportunity involves full-time hours throughout the week with some schedule flexibility, but with the expectation that this representative would be able to attend meetings during regular business hours both on-site and at client locations in addition to remote meetings when the situation permits. This role is an in-office role and the successful candidate will be provided with all of the tools that they will need to conduct their work in an efficient manner and engage in sales activities both internally and outside of the facility.
This role offers a competitive base salary plus a commission and bonus program based on the achievement of enrollment and productivity targets (the advertised salary range indicates the estimated potential total earnings for a first-year sales consultant). Responsibilities
- Driving enrollment of new members into the organization's services by selling the environment and benefits of what the home has to offer
- Working with the marketing team to maximize inbound leads and convert leads into sales
- Oversight and organization of internal referral incentive programs to generate leads through existing residents/care recipients
- Identification of prospective partnerships with local businesses and organizations with access to potential client pools and continued expansion of a network of external lead sources
- Responsible for completing a specific volume of activity (calls, visits, etc.) to attain targets/goals and communicating regularly with various teams internally, and conducting regular business reviews with the Sales leadership team
- Maintaining information in a CRM database
- Other duties as may be required to support your success
Qualifications
- Candidates must be fluent in English
- An ideal candidate has experience in service sales, preferably in a healthcare-related role, or has a background working as a caregiver or healthcare professional in a long-term care or related residential home setting
- Education: College or university education or equivalent work experience (ideally in business or a science/healthcare-related field; new grads welcome)
- All candidates must own or have unlimited access to a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving the distances required to cover the entirety of their sales territory
- Candidates must be technologically-savvy and comfortable in the use of a CRM database for which they will be provided training
- Candidates must have a passion for senior care and an ability to communicate with empathy
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and interpersonal skills
- Organized, with effective sales planning skills and the drive and passion to persevere to support sales
- Positive outlook with a strong work ethic required
- Deadline-oriented and strong prioritization skills are a must
