Responsibilities
- Wrap pallets of finished goods with stretch wrap;
- Transfer pallets of finished goods from small freezer to large freezer;
- Prepare requisitions for the kitchen and production department;
- Ensures optimal stock rotation of finished goods and raw materials;
- Ensure the follow-up and respect of the freezing/thawing procedure of raw materials;
- Prepare packaging material for production;
- Assist in receiving goods;
- Assist in loading trailers;
- Prepare orders for next day's shipments
- Operate the forklift (Raymond standing)
- Participate in the taking of inventories
- Keep the work environment clean and tidy
Qualifications
- Must have Forklift Certification
- Experience driving narrow aisle reach trucks.
- Knowledge of HACCP standards (an asset)
- Knowledge of computers
- Sense of observation and initiative
- Sense of responsibility
- Autonomy, flexibility and versatility
- Manual dexterity and physical strength
- Good stress management
- Ability to work in the cold
