Responsibilities
• Review and assess project artifacts, (charters, organization/operations impact analyses,
gap analyses etc.) to ensure organizational change impacts are identified in the planning
process
• Collaborate with Project Managers, teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess
stakeholder impact and produce a comprehensive stakeholder analysis
• Develop and guide the implementation of an aligned and comprehensive Change
Management & Organizational Readiness plan via a Critical Path, which addresses
stakeholder needs and impact
• Ensure Organization Readiness activities are developed by the project team, providing
guidance on the necessary activities and recommending ‘go/no go’
• Develop and integrate communications activities and supporting materials
• Identify interdependencies between the various projects and coordinates activities
towards effective implementation of change
• Monitor and assess stakeholder ‘readiness’ related to integration
• Assess change impact and utilizes feedback to inform Change Management &
Communication plans and actions
• Identify and communicate issues through effective status reporting to management
Qualifications
• 5-9 years of previous experience in strategy internal communications program
management
• Strong design/data visualization skills
• Experience developing and executing change and communication plans
• Expert change management knowledge
• Expert communication skills, both business & technical (written and verbal)
• Experience developing and executing plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required to deliver messages across a
wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking
Nice to have:
• Experience within Financial Industry; specifically business / commercial banking.
