Our client, a leader in the Education industry, is looking for a Change Management Analyst to join their team for an initial 12 month project with extensions.

4.3Change Management Analyst Position

•Position Summary: In response to the demands and needs of its client groups and in alignment with its strategic plan, the client is looking to implement a new Flexible Registration platform.

Therefore, they require the temporary services of a Change Management Analyst who thrives on complex problem solving to make stakeholder management easy and the implementation to be planned and executed effectively. Reporting directly to the Business Analysis, Process, and Change Lead, the Change Management Analyst will be responsible for the following:

•Develop a strong understanding of the client's Organizational Effectiveness tools and templates to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the Flexible Registration project.

•Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

•Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
.
•Support communication efforts - Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

•Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

•Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

•Complete change management assessments

•Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics

•Identify and manage anticipated resistance

•Consult and coach project teams

•Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan

•Support and engage senior leaders impacted by change

•Coach managers and supervisors impacted by change

•Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

•Coordinate efforts with other specialists

•Integrate change management activities into project plan

•Evaluate and ensure user readiness

•Manage stakeholders

•Track and report issues

•Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

•Support change management at the organizational level

Qualifications and Experience:
•5+ Years of experience in a change management role

•Must have past experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

•Experience and knowledge in change management principles, methodologies and tools

•A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

•Excellent active listening skills

•Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

•Experienced in developing communication plans, documentations, and training/communication materials

•Problem solving and root cause identification skills

•Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

•Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

•Must be familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

•Past experience in supporting user acceptance testing as part of the change management process is an asset

•Ability to work well under pressure, deadlines, and changing priorities

•Related university degree and Change management certification, or equivalent continuing education, is required
