CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEAD
Calgary AB
Contract Position


Our client, a large Pipeline / Oil and Gas organization is looking to hire a Change Management and Communications Lead to join their team in Calgary, Alberta.

Do you have expertise on change management (strategic and tactical)? Knowledge of best practices in the areas of Communication, Training, and Leadership Coaching? We are looking for someone who has great ability to influence, engage, and inspire others. APPLY NOW!

Description:

**located in Calgary; some travel to the US will be required

Key accountabilities and deliverables:

• Supporting the department team with rollout of Company's Program
• Develop plan including stakeholder analysis, change readiness and change impact assessment
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communications plan
• Develop and implement training plan
• Develop and implement sustainment plan
• Flag and monitor business unit risks and work with leads to plan and execute mitigation whenever possible. Raise risks/issues
• Support change capability building within business unit
• Provide change support within business unit
• Support Training rollout, with communications support and guidance to work within the overall department plan.
• Some travel, within North America, may be required.
