Responsibilities
Work closely with the project team to lead the change management work stream, including:
o Identifying all end users and core functionality/uses of CFF
o Evaluate extent of change from current business process
o Devise training plan, including content, approach and timing
o Oversee development of training and guidance materials
o Oversee delivery of training
o Communication
o Deliver ongoing communications with subject matter experts and end users through life of project
o Employee Feedback
o Conduct pre/post go love surveys of end users to gauge readiness and adoption, including opportunities for additional training and resource allocations
o Prepare change management strategies to reduce expenses and maximize efficiency.
o Consulting with members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
o Plan, execute and control communication, training, workshop, feedback schedules to enable smooth
implementation of the strategy.
o Manage relationships and lead team of internal and external resources to monitor and assess the impact of change on employees.
o Manage invested parties and executive sponsors expectations.
o Manage change management issues and escalate to senior management where necessary.
o Create and manage change management documentation including, but not limited to, risk and readiness assessments.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate must have:
• Minimum 3 years of successfully executing change management as a Change Management Lead, project manager or equivalent
• A recognized degree or certificate in Change Management
• Experience in creating change management plans, risk assessments, communication planning, tracking and management of change management progress, tracking issues, and managing training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Deals comfortably with senior management and can present and converse with people in positions of authority.
• Must be able to manage conflicts amongst the team and maintain a harmonious work environment
Preference will be given for the following:
• Experience working on contract management projects and financial forecasting or accounting projects.
• Project management certification, ie. Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master
(CSM)
• Experience working for public or non-profit agencies is an asset.
