Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver change management deliverables and strategy to support the successful execution of the Supply Chain projects and program
• Deliver on change management activities such s activities stakeholder engagements, communication deliverables, assessments and sustainment
• Proactively build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Act as the integrator and communication focal point for all change and education deliverables within the assigned project and program
• Facilitate sessions effectively with stakeholders and end users project tracks and ensure completeness of the change management plan
• Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance; develop plans to mitigate concerns
• Provide formal and informal change management coaching to the project team and business stakeholders
• Partner closely with the learning lead and technical writer assigned to the same projects and program
• Collaborate with other change management leads and learning leads on the Supply Chain Strategy & Programs – Change and Learning team to share best practices and align for consistent deliverables
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related discipline
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• 3-5 years’ experience in change management or large-scale transformation projects in a leadership capacity
• Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable
• Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
• Excellent listening and facilitation skills
• Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision
• Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness – a self-starter
• Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement
• Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Smartsheet
