In your first project, you will support the Workday rollout and then continue to support the change management of other projects on the future roadmap.

Responsibilities
-Collaborate with stakeholders, mainly with Talent Development and Communications, to prepare and deliver change
management strategies to maximize employee adoption and usage
- Create a training curriculum using various training methods and tools such as in-person, web-ex, and video
- Lead change management meetings with stakeholders focused on changing business processes and technologies
- Act as a coach to project team members to equip them to be influential change agents for rollouts
Qualifications
-3-5 years of change management experience in a medium to large-scale organizations
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration
-Change management experience directly related to Workday or SAP/SuccessFactors
-Proficient in Microsoft products (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.) – Design skills a plus!
-Knowledge of change management methodologies and project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle
-Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to problem solve and identify the root cause of issues
-Prosci Change Practitioner certification preferred
