    Change Management Specialist
    Location: Montréal (Ville St-Laurent)
    Duration: 6 months

    Member of the operational excellence team supporting business solution, business expansion and transformation, the change management specialist is responsible for developing and implementing change strategies and transitions plans. He/she provides coaching to managers and their project teams to facilitate organizational change, stakeholder engagement and employee readiness when implementing business solutions. Our ideal candidate is familiar with traditional change management approaches and knows how to integrate agile methodology into their plan. He/she is motivated to engage the leaders of all business units and support functions to develop their adaptability and pivot the corporate culture in a transformational framework in the digital age.

    Responsibilities
    Mobilization
    • Support leaders and senior managers in their role as promoters of change by calling on strategic thinking.
    • Assess organizational and human risks associated with deploying complex solutions and develop mitigation plans with sponsors and key business leaders.

    Strategic planning
    • Develop strategies and iterative change management plans based on 5 areas of intervention, namely communication, mobilization, training, and evaluation that promote the responsibility of leaders.

    Execution
    • Lead the implementation of activities and the creation of deliverables in accordance with the plan and schedule previously established.
    • Manage the overall change management plan and provide regular progress as part of project governance.

    Évolution of change
    • Ensures that the issues and key success factors are well identified and makes recommendations in terms of change management

    Qualifications
    • University degree in industrial relations, organizational development, or related discipline.
    • Three to five years of relevant experience in change management
    • Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills in French and English
    • Ability to influence and interact with senior management
    • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
    • Ability to synthesize and popularize
    • Ability to act in ambiguity, question the status quo while adapting its approach to customer needs
    • Execution leadership, listening and showing agility
    • PROSCI change management certification an asset
