The Change Specialist II is responsible for steering Engineering Changes through to final release. The Change Specialist II ensures changes are structured, assessed, and impacted in accordance with Configuration Management Standards and defined requirements. The Change Specialist II uses Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management, Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications.
The Change Specialist II will be interpreting all changes relative to documented procedures and standards. They support the defining of the change, work collaboratively with others in considering the impact/approval, as well as ensuring documentation alignment and completeness.
The Change Specialist II communicates professionally, coordinates with subject matter experts, and navigates the needs of organizational stakeholders from across the company team including Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing, Aftermarket, and Customer representation.

Responsibilities
Position Requirements
•College Diploma in a technical / manufacturing discipline (3 year) or a non-technical discipline with relevant experience in a Configuration Management or related discipline
•Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical and/or manufacturing environment
•Proficiency in analyzing technical information (engineering drawings, specifications, changes)
•Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management and Enterprise systems
•Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
•Ability to manage workload in a fast paced environment to schedule with high degree of quality
•Ability to chair cross-functional meetings with team members to obtain change impacts and approvals, and participate in other support forums.
Qualifications
Preferred Requirements
•Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle, and/or other Product Lifecycle Management and Enterprise systems
•Certified or eligible Engineering Technician / Technologist (OACETT), or eligible Professional Engineer
•Industry recognized certification in Configuration Management or familiarity with Configuration Management standards
