Responsibilities
Your job as a Senior Continuous Improvement Project Manager:
- Support the team in developing and implementing a continuous improvement approach
- Contribute with his expertise to the use of the approach and the maintenance of the implemented tools (5S, DMS, Kanban, SMED)
- Facilitate VSMs and problem solving work sessions
- Help develop action plans and support the implementation and management of change
- Leverage your experience to optimize and maintain current processes
Qualifications
You will need to have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or relevant training
- 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean
- Ability to understand and analyze all types of documents (Gantt, VSM, Hosin Kanri, FIPEC, AMDEC etc...)
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of Power Query (Asset)
