As a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you bring your exceptional leadership skills to support and develop a diverse team of estimators who love to win. In conjunction with the Operations team ensuring business alignment, you will navigate the tender process by actively leading the overall preconstruction to submission (bidding, cost estimates, budget analysis and support proposals). You expertly interpret technical specifications for bid documents and review project plans with internal stakeholders to ensure profitability.
You actively participate throughout the entire estimating process and provide a comprehensive review of final estimates. You are also the point person to present external and internal proposals and estimates. You are an expert at identifying and mitigating risk that could compromise the project.

Responsibilities
Collaborate, guide, and provide valuable estimating expertise, while fostering the development of the internal estimating team. Support the business development process and achieve project goals through growing strong relationships with trade partners, consultants and clients.
Qualifications
10+ years' experience estimating in the ICI construction industry
5+ years' management of a team of Estimators
A University Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or a combination of education and industry experience;
Estimating ICI projects in varying values $50M-$250M, with Design-Build / Lump Sum methodologies.
Strong win ratio
