Responsibilities
· Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals.
· Managing projects from start to completion, ensuring that they remain on schedule, under budget and meet quality/contract standards.
· Inspecting all completed jobs to ensure that deficiencies are dealt with before the projects are closed and ensuring that any out-of-scope work is identified and communicated to our Contract Administration team.
· Maintaining strong working relationships with the project team internally within the organization and externally with clients, consultants and trade contractors.
· Communicating with crews on transportation, equipment and material resource requirements for all your projects.
Qualifications
· Diploma and/or degree in the field of civil engineering or construction management
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
· Asphalt/Paving/Sewers & Watermain project experience.
