Responsibilities
As a bilingual claims adjuster, you will be responsible for:
- assessing property damage (commercial and residential)
- conducting loss investigations and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements,
- maintaining high performance and excellent relationships with customers.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of functional and technical experience in an insurance environment
- Post-secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an asset
- CIP certified or in the process of obtaining CIP certification
- Expertise experience on the road including the investigation and detailed reports of property damage claims and miscellaneous risks
- Working knowledge of Xactimate and XactAnalysis required
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Strong computer and reporting skills, including Office 365
- Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
- Ready to work in a dynamic environment offering career prospects
