    Location: St-Léonard
    Salary: 50000-70000
    Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift

    Advantages
    Benefits offered:

    Full time work schedule from Monday to Friday
    A salary between $50,000 and $70,000, depending on experience
    A group insurance program
    3 weeks of vacation upon hiring (including one week at Christmas)
    1 personal day per year of service up to a maximum of 5 days for a total of 5 weeks of vacation after 5 years;
    Start date as soon as possible
    Easy access by car or public transportation, with a large parking lot



    Responsibilities
    Daily duties of this position :

    Handle customer and merchant calls and emails quickly and efficiently;
    Analyze quotes received from repair centers to proceed with authorization;
    Write authorization purchase orders for mechanical repairs;
    Analyze repair invoices received and proceed with payment;
    Provide support to our dealers and representatives regarding claims;
    Advise and respond to our customers;
    Respond to Google reviews and social media comments.


    Qualifications
    Qualifications required for this position:

    Possess a DEP in mechanics (an asset) with relevant experience;
    Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a technical advisor or mechanical technician;
    Knowledge of the automotive, recreational vehicle or heavy vehicle market
    Must be bilingual;
    Mastery of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and facility with in-house software;
    Knowledge of social networks and Google review
    Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
    Strong ability to work independently and show initiative;
    Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and a facility with problem solving;
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess a high degree of empathy;
    Good stress management skills.
