Responsibilities
- Be responsible for dispatching network contractors on insurance claims
- Accept and document new assignments from insurers and contractors, answer inquiries through both email and phone calls
- Provide operational support to update existing files
- Conduct outbound customer satisfaction surveys on a monthly basis (no sales)
Qualifications
- Must have superior customer service and telephone etiquette
- Time management and superior organization skills, be able to work in a team setting
- Property/Casualty Insurance experience or any insurance-related claims experience is needed
- Advanced computer skills including Office 2007 and Windows XP
