Responsibilities
- Manage claims and disability cases within the company and follow up on files with the various provincial agencies;
- Ensure the administrative and medical follow-up of claims; Carry out or supervise accident investigations
- Follow-up with the CNESST or other governmental authorities (depending on the Canadian province), the physician, the client and other stakeholders
- Analyze the decisions of the CNESST or other governmental authorities for follow-ups or contestations;
- Verify the CNESST compensation and the allocation of the client's costs;
- Offer a strategy by taking into account the overall financial picture and the pricing methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or other related degree ;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in CNESST claims management
- Experience in managing occupational injuries on a Canadian basis is an asset
- Computer literate (Outlook, Excel)
- Fluency in French and English
- Organizational skills, good priority management, communication skills
