Reporting to the Manager, Claims Quality and Compliance you will be accountable for ensuring adherence to claim department policies, practices, and procedures in the adjustment of reported losses of minimal to moderate complexity.

Responsibilities
*Ensure the execution of required employee file reviews, call reviews, vendor reviews
*Ensure the execution of targeted reviews to assess and support business projects/initiatives
*Ensure understanding of, and compliance to, file and customer service standards
*Ensure appropriate metrics are established and aligned to achieve target results
*Execute on our Corporate Compliance and SOX controls requirements by completing control reviews, analysis, and reporting
*Participate in team calibration sessions
*Provide coaching to Claim Managers and Claim Advisors to achieve individual and team quality performance targets
*Effectively communicate with Claim Managers and Claim Advisors. (results, trends, updates, etc.)
Qualifications
*Minimum Post-Secondary education
*Enrolled in or completion of CIP designation
*3-5 years Claims Auto Property Damage experience
*Auto Field Claim Appraisal experience
*80% of File Reviews average rating “Expected”
*90% average rating for Witness Call Reviews
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
*Strong influencing skills with the ability to embrace change
*Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and peers
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
*Bilingual (French) is an asset
