    We offer you a safe work opportunity, with additional health measures in place. You could work outside for the majority of the time and take advantage of the beautiful weather that is coming!

    The incumbent will be responsible for the daily maintenance and major cleaning of the building, according to a specific job description. If you have experience, don't miss this opportunity!

    Flexible daytime schedule (8 hours per day)
    Salary will vary based on experience $20-25$/hourly

    Responsibilities
    Carry out general cleaning of the premises,
    Wash windows inside and out,
    Manipulate boxes and furniture,
    Carry out certain repairs to buildings,
    Contribute to certain activities at the request of the superior,
    Perform other related tasks according to a previously established work schedule.

    Qualifications
    Minimum two years of experience in building maintenance,
    Ability to carry weights over 20 kg;
    Autonomous and responsible
    French and English bilingualism;
    Has a lot of interpersonal skills,
    Diligence, punctuality and discretion;
