    Client Care Coordinator in Oakville

    Do you have previous experience working in the Real Estate industry? Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Do you have a passion for actively growing your team’s business with visibility in your territory? If so, then we would love to speak with you!

    We are currently recruiting for a Client Care Assistant in the Oakville area. This fulltime, fully in office role will work closely with the Client Care Coordinator, assisting them with the ongoing process of business development in the Real Estate industry. Daily tasks include day-to-day administrative duties involving listings, communicating with clients and preparing material (listings, brochures, offer letters etc.), creating CMA packages, scheduling and calendar management, as well as connecting with local businesses for joint advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player, willing to take direction and assist with innovating the process with new ideas to bolster business campaigns, be highly organized, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Advantages
    - $70,000 - $100,000 per annum
    - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with 1 Hour lunch

    Responsibilities
    - Create an annual calendar of community events that the company can participate in
    - Reach out to local businesses for joint advertising campaigns
    - Take a prominent role in trying to immerse the brand in local communities
    - Input new listings on all required locations/boards
    - Create CMA packages
    - Day-to-day administrative duties
    - Assist in the listing process: ordering photography and sign installations, booking open houses, lockbox management
    - Design and prepare property brochures for distribution
    - Provide outstanding service and communication to clients and colleagues
    - Answering phones to assist clients and realtors
    - Help teammates reach certain milestones with ongoing projects
    - Team event planning

    Qualifications
    - Minimum of 8 years in Real Estate Office Administration
    - High proficiency in Excel, MLS, Broker loading
    - High understanding of real estate regulations and protocol in Ontario
    - A thorough and meticulous work ethic and approach to the real estate process
    - Exceptional customer service skills and attitude
    - A high level of autonomy to complete tasks in an effective and timely manner
