Our client, Top 4 Accounting industry is looking for a Client Experience Professional to work a 13-month assignment in Langley office. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week up to a rate of $22 per hour.

• Guest management: Greeting visitors and clients, and registering them in our national security log. Standing as guests arrive, offering to take coats, offering beverage service, and showing to meeting rooms or alerting hosting staff as needed
• Concierge services: Offering assistance with directions, calling cabs and other assistance to provide excellence in client experience.
• Access management: Preparing visitor identification lanyards to greet client groups and providing access card support to staff members.
•Room bookings: assist walk-up meeting room booking requests.
•Switchboard: direct incoming calls for Langley office and other BC offices.
•Courier support: preparing outgoing parcels and signing for incoming.
•Mail support: directing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
•Finance support: Process invoices and pcard payments for Langley and other BC offices.
•Facilities support: working closely with other Client Experience Professional in office maintenance. Ordering, processing and troubleshooting supply orders for all BC offices.
•Other operational duties as they arise.

Qualifications
•2-3 years’ work experience in corporate reception, customer service, or hospitality environment.
•Diploma or certificate from an Administrative Assistant program considered an asset.
•First aid training considered an asset.
•Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of staff.
•Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
•Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software.
•Ability to quickly learn new software and tech, and share this knowledge with others.
•Ability to comprehend and apply company policies and procedures is critical.
•Ability to multi-task and displays a team spirit in being flexible with daily demands.
•Ability to organize workload with a high attention to detail.
•Ability to work occasional overtime.
