Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Coordinator in Laval:
- Primary contact for plan administrators, plan participants, service providers and broker partners to assist with administration, claims and coverage type questions
- Apply exceptional customer service to loyal customers
- Support sales staff in the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports
- Process health, dental, life and disability claims internally
- Process plan member enrolments, changes and terminations
- Work with insurance and service providers to process claims
- Follow, update and improve process guides
- Update and maintain the customer portal
- Maintain activity log in CRM system
- Receive mail and courier deliveries
- Prepare and send monthly customer billing, including outgoing messaging
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Advise management on service and process improvement opportunities
- Recognize and implement opportunities to improve customer services and products/services offered
- Participate in trade shows, product promotion
- Assist agents in setting up and producing new groups, including plan member booklets and cards.
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
To obtain this position as a customer service coordinator in Laval:
- Experience in administrative support
- Computer literate and eager to learn
- Proficiency in the intermediate level Office suite
- Attention to detail, judgment and initiative
- Customer oriented and provide quality service
- Excellent command of French and English with excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
