Position: Client Services Specialist
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 1.5 to 2 months, with the possibility of an extension.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 11am-7pm EST, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: $23/$24 per hour depending on experience
Location: If you reside in Montreal, you have the option to work onsite, conveniently located near Metro L'Assomption. Alternatively, if you are located outside of Montreal, the client offers flexibility, providing you with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities
As a Client Services Specialist, you will:
-Provide exceptional customer service to individuals inquiring about our travel support services.
-Utilize our proprietary transportation software to input essential data, streamlining the evaluation process.
-Maintain a welcoming and supportive atmosphere during phone interactions while accurately entering customer and appointment information into the transportation software.
-Continuously improve processes related to the Travel Treatment Fund Application procedure.
-Ensure strict customer confidentiality and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations.
-Actively contribute to our culture of fairness, inclusion, and diversity, ensuring all team members feel valued and heard, regardless of their background.
-Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
-Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
-Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
-Exceptional telephone etiquette with a focus on active listening.
-Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and the ability to handle emotional situations with care.
-Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
-Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when necessary.
-Proficiency in database applications is a must.
