    Our client is looking for an energentic and innovative individual, who thinks outside of the box to expand their product across Canada/USA/Mexico! The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for inviting companies to the online sales webinars, local demos or by securing appointments for the field sales team, qualifying prospects, targeting the customer base, updating the CRM (Sales Force) and build a last-longing relationship with the customers that should also be applied to the after-sales activities.

    Position: Customer Success Specialist
    Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
    Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (40 hrs per week)
    Salary: $48k - $50k
    Location: Mississauga - Medowpine Blvd (On - Site)

    Responsibilities
    - The primary goal is to market products to the Canada/USA/Mexico marketplace by successfully inviting companies to the online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the field sales team
    - Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, thus developing it into a functional record where we can interact and support the customer.
    - Target our existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximize up sell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
    - Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.
    - Continuous CRM (Sales Force) update
    - Keep relationship with customer, constantly following-up on their needs
    - Book Trainings (Academy)
    - Support on General Marketing Department Demands


    Qualifications
    - Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
    - Food Industry, Kitchen, or Catering experience is a strong asset
    - Hospital Industry is considered an asset
    - Experience on troubleshooting by phone/e-mail/Microsoft Teams
    - Experience with cold calling
    - Experience using Sales Force
    - Bilingual in French & English is highly preferred
