Responsibilities
What your day to day as a customer support representative will look like:
- Be the primary Client support for all divisions and keep a strong relation with the clients if related, mostly trough emails
- Multisite audit planners and associated multisite required documents
- Day to day maintenance and security of assigned Client files.
- Development of new assigned Client, files and contracts review and follow ups
- Direct support of assigned Client and satisfaction
- Conducted Reviews, support company initiatives related to the client
- Assist in Invoicing Clients (annual registration, pre-activity, re-bill expenses) and collections
Qualifications
What you need for this role:
- A strong spoken and written English and French
- 2 years minimum in customer service, b2b an asset
- High school diploma
- Quick learning skills with computers
- Be ready to work in a fast paced environment with a lot of constant communications!
- Be a positive, flexible and a go with the flow person
