Clinic Receptionist - Contract

We are supporting a cosmetic dermatology clinic team In Mississauga with their search for a Clinic Receptionist. This Receptionist will join a very well-established, professional team comprised of friendly, service-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing comfort and care for their patients!

Shift times run Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and on Friday from approximately 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This is a 1 month contract position with potential for extension. Keen on learning more? Apply today!

Responsibilities
The Receptionist is an important part of the client experience in this clinic setting and will focus on tasks relating to telephone reception, client service, scheduling, and coordination, and other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, ideally in a clinic setting
- Fluency in English (French-speaking would be an asset)
- Experience with Telus Health Software is an asset
