    Clinical Operations Supervisor - Montréal

    Our client in Montreal is looking for a clinical supervisor to supervise teams, ensure the smooth running of the clinic and act as a resource person for employees and doctors alike.

    Advantages
    Clinical Operations Supervisor - Montréal

    - Full time position of 37.5 hours/week and permanent;
    - Daytime schedule
    - Salary according to experience up to 55k
    - Group insurance
    - 3 weeks of vacation


    Responsibilities
    Clinical Operations Supervisor - Montréal

    - Management of the clinical operations team including, but not limited to, timesheet approval, ongoing and annual performance reviews, employee hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations;
    - Oversee, manage and/or coordinate training and training records for the clinical operations team;
    - Proactively assesses learning opportunities for the clinical operations team;
    - Provide guidance to team members
    - Ensure confidentiality of patients
    - Maintain and advocate for a high level of customer service and quality
    within the department;
    - Participate in the review of standard operating procedures and protocols as required;
    - Proactively communicates issues and/or problem resolutions to department supervisors and managers;



    Qualifications
    Clinical Operations Supervisor - Montréal

    - High school diploma or GED and related work experience required;
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French)
    - intermediate English
    - Demonstrated leadership skills;
    - Interpersonal and organizational skills;
    - Customer service oriented;
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
