Responsibilities
Clinical Receptionist
- Welcome customers;
- Respond to calls and emails;
- Create customer files;
- Prepare the files in anticipation of the appointments of the day;
- Make attendance reminders for appointments;
- Make appointments and manage the clinic's agenda;
- Prepare invoicing and make customers pay;
- Order office equipment;
- Balance payments at the end of the day.
Qualifications
Clinical Receptionist
- Experience as a receptionist, administrative agent (health, medical, care & well-being);
- Ease with computers in general;
- Sense of customer service, professionalism, enthusiasm!
